I had good intentions of shopping Friday but that didn't happen. I had a husband to get to the airport and a son going camping. Got them both off and was to tired to do anything else.
I really need to go to the grocery store so hopefully I will have some pics soon.
Walgreen's has some good deals this week and you can check them out at CommonSenseWithMoney. Thanks to Mercedes for putting these great deals together.
Remember today is the last day for February rebates at Walgreen's, be sure and pick up your March book next time your in the store.

My upcoming shopping trip....
It has been a very tight month and I am looking forward to doing some grocery/Walgreen's shopping tomorrow! I have been very thankful for the stockpile that I had to fall back on.
My plan tomorrow is to go to Aldi and stock up on fresh produce/milk/eggs, over to Walmart to finish up my shopping and than onto Walgreen's to see if there are any deals left. Ok, maybe not in that order but you get the idea. I will be searching the web today for as many great deals as I can find. I will post if I come across something good.
I will post pictures when I get it all home!

Send me my deals....
if you haven't signed up for this website you are missing out on some great deals. For example, tomorrow is "save your receipt" day at Chick-fil-a, what ever you buy tomorrow save your receipt and get the exact same thing for free in March.
Chick-fil-a is a Christian owned company and very homeschool friendly. We should all do our best to support them. A new one is opening in Bixby the beginning of March!

Deals this week....
I am slow to post the deals this week. I have been caretaker this weekend and haven't had a lot of free time. There will be 2 inserts in today's paper, SmartSource and RedPlum.
I did manage a trip to Reasor's and Food Pyramid late Friday night. Reasor's has their large bottles of Suave shampoo 4 for $5.00. You can print a $1.00 off coupon here which makes them $.25 a piece if you can print four. Remember you can print 2 per computer you have access to.
Food Pyramid is having a BOGO sale right now and the nice thing is the items are ringing up separately so you can use a coupon for each item. They also had a tear pad for Powerade which is on sale for $.99. The coupon is $.40 which they double so you can get Powerade for $.19 a bottle. They is a great item to stock up on if you have kids in sports and for this Summer.
Other deals I got at Food Pyramid with the BOGO are Hormel Chili $1.03 a piece minus a $.55 coupon so $.48 a piece, Deli lunch meat $2.00 a piece minus a $1.00 coupon so 2 for $2.00, Fruity Cheerios $1.68 a piece minus a $.50 coupon doubled so 2 for $1.36. This is a great buy on Cheerios! The sale runs until Tuesday.
CommonSenseWithMoney has all the Walgreen's deals here, be on the look out for clearance Pringles. They are changing their packaging and making room for the new design. There are $.30 off 3 coupons out there to make the deal better. You may still be able to get some cheap Valentine candy too.

P&G free gas offer....
Check out the details on MoneySavingMom. It looks like Reasor's and CountryMart are both participating. Your purchases have to be on one receipt but if you buy P&G products this shouldn't be to hard to do.

A couple of good deals....

Good buys at Aldi....
I made a run to Aldi today to see what their milk prices were since Walgreen's won't have gallon milk on sale. Their 2% milk was down to $2.43! Their whole milk was even cheaper than that.
I noticed they went up on their Sunkist orange price but had wheat bread marked down to $.65 a loaf.
They had several packages of lean ground beef marked with a $1.00 off sticker.
Hope this helps those shopping today.

Slow sales week....
There will not be any coupon inserts in the paper this week due to President's Day so save your money there.
CommonSenseWithMoney has the Walgreen's deals posted here, again not a great week for bargains.
Check out Tami's post at GoodPlans on how she saves on clearance products at Country Mart. Be sure and check each individuals stores coupon policy. I know the one in Bixby will not accept Internet coupons.
Have a blessed week!

FREE Wal-Mart items....
I got all of this free at Wal-Mart today. I didn't have any problems using my free Kraft coupons from the instant win game. I also got overage on my tuna and my Suave shampoo.
The Crest and Tuna coupons I got from VocalPoint. The tuna was $.93 and I had $1.00 off coupons so $.07 overage per package. The Suave shampoo coupon I got in the mail and it rang up $2.78 but the coupon rang up $3.00 so $.22 overage.
All in all a pretty awesome trip!

Walgreen's this week.....
Looks to be a pretty good week at Walgreen's. Cleaning supplies are on sale this week and you can sign up at Right@Home for some great money saving coupons. Mercedes over at CommonSenseWithMoney has all the details.
I went to my Wag's today to check out the clearance section and found a 3 pack of Reach toothbrushes for $.75, I picked up 2. The clearance section changes frequently so check it often. They had some cute High School Musical stuff marked down if you have a daughter having a birthday.
I asked one of the clerks about the rumor going around regarding them ending the EasySaver Rebate program and she hasn't heard anything but promised to let me know ASAP. Hopefully it's just a rumor or maybe they have something better in store. Will be interesting to watch.
I also noticed that Aldi has lowered their milk prices to under $3.00 a gallon and they had Sunkist oranges for $1.29 a bag.
Let me know if you come across any great deals this week.

Sunday's coupons....
there will be 3 inserts this week. A RedPlum, SmartSource, and P&G. It might be worth it to pick up a couple of extra Oklahomans.
Be sure and check out my coupons.com box to the right for new printable coupons.
I am trying to spend as little money as possible this month so won't be doing any deals unless they are free or really cheap. I have enough food in my stockpile to keep us going. Fruit and milk should be all I need to pick up. If I come across anything great I will be sure and post it here.
If you've gotten something free or cheap be sure and let us know.
Oh, one more thing, if you won free coupons doing the Kraft contest it's been mentioned on several sites not to cut those out. Take them to the store as they came so there won't be any problems using them. Even if you think you won't use your free items at home get them and donate them to a food shelter.
